Many comfort issues in homes are caused by airflow problems, duct system limitations, or equipment that was never properly set up when installed, repaired, maintained, or serviced. Using professional diagnostic tools, airflow is measured and the duct system is evaluated to determine whether it can properly support the equipment in the home.

Kieffer entered the HVAC field in 2000 after graduating with honors from the HVAC program at Rets Tech Center in Centerville, Ohio. He later completed the Mechanical Equipment Service apprenticeship through Local 162 in Dayton.
Over the past two decades, Kieffer has continued to pursue advanced training focused on HVAC diagnostics, airflow measurement, and system performance. This includes extensive training through the National Comfort Institute (NCI), the leading organization focused on improving HVAC system performance and safety, including training related to fuel-burning appliance safety and carbon monoxide awareness.
Kieffer holds NATE certification and has also completed manufacturer training with American Standard, Mitsubishi, and Daikin equipment.
